Things Go Easier when I Got Some Extra Care and Support
I was on pins and needles all throughout my pregnancy. I know that billions of women before me have been pregnant and had children, but I feared every moment of it. The thought of having a tiny human inside of me that I was responsible for scared me to death. I also didn’t feel like I was getting enough support from my physician for all the aches and pains I was having, so I started looking for a San Francisco Chiropractor to go to as well. I figured that, between the two of them, I would have better support. It worked out really well, and surprisingly enough, I felt cared for when I got chiropractic help.
The start I was very overweight when I was hearing. I’m still a little overweight, but I’m only responsible for my own body and not another little body when I’m not pregnant. But by the time that I learned that we were having a baby, it was a little too late for me to work out. I feared that my being very heavy would affect the baby in some way. Well, it turned out that I provided her with lots of extra cushioning, and the only real negative affect was how I ached day after day. Because I was so out of shape, my stomach muscles and back ached every day starting from month 6. The extra weight on me was a really big strain.
The chiropractor taught me that I could get some exercise in even when you are carrying a baby. She helped me to strengthen my back so that I could carry much more easily. He also taught me to calm down and think about doing yoga and meditation each day to help put my mind more at ease. He shared a lot of stories about when his wife was with child as well, and that also helped me.
